Our latest acquisition is the "The Alpine Cotton Mill" at 109 East Fleming Drive which is located at the southern entrance to our beautiful downtown; it's adjacent to Rite Aid, sits across Fleming Drive from the newly renovated Roses Shopping Center which houses a hand full of nationally recognized tenants, and is across the street from the site where the new School of Math and Science will be built! There are a total of 100,000 square feet that we plan to begin renovating in the fourth quarter of 2017.  Plans include 47 apartments, and 55,000 square feet of commercial space.  The apartments are expected to be available for occupancy in October, 2018.

This location has a traffic count of ~25,000 cars a day according to NCDOT's 2012 count and has excellent visability.
